Courthouse Real Estate
Arlington County courthouse is part of the Court House neighborhood along the Orange Metro Line, which is home to Arlington County's government administrative center, including a jail and police headquarters. An 8-screen AMC movie theater, as well as the Washingtonpost.com's offices, are in the neighborhood, which has a mix of mainly high-rise developments and commercial offices. In addition to take-out spots and upscale dining places, Court House is home to various popular eateries.
It is bordered by Lee Highway to the north, Clarendon Boulevard to the south, and Route 5 to the east. N. Barton Street on the west, N. Rhodes Street on the east, and 50/Arlington Boulevard on the south. Orange Line Metro Stop Court House serves Court House.
