On the corner of Wilson and McKinley, the Febrey-Lothrop house is the oldest residence in Dominion Hills. This tract has 9.5 acres and is one of Arlington's most extensive undeveloped tracts. Depending on how the property is parcelled, up to 68 single-family detached houses or 118 townhouses could be built.
Located at the intersection of Wilson Blvd and N McKinley Road, the historic Febrey-Lothrop House was demolished in March 2021. According to county property records, Kennedy Lewis Investment Management owns the site, which was sold in late 2021. Toll Brothers plans to build 40 single-family homes on the site, known as The Grove at Dominion Hills.
